We believe that creating designs and events with those stories in mind are the key to an authentic and expressive event that allows the client's signature style to come through. CANCELLATION POLICY: We attempt to process your request the moment we receive it during business hours. If you contact us after hours, it may take a bit longer to process your cancellation request. Cancellations must be done prior to delivery, and in all cases within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellation requests after this period cannot be guaranteed and are subject to a 20% charge if purchased online.
